- Mr. Gossom began his practice in Special Education Law representing challenged or learning disabled children and their parents. Mr. Gossom and his then partner were the first attorneys in the United States to collect a judgment for fees against a school district. (Kristi W. v. Graham Independent School District, 663 F. Supp 86) Later, Mr. Gossom was employed by a school district and worked in this area.

- In addition to the employment issues all businesses face, there are a number of situations unique to educational institutions. Mr. Gossom has participated in a number of termination proceedings and is prepared to represent teachers, administrators or school districts in these areas as well as routine employment matters including discrimination and unemployment claims.
